1. How long do the repairs usually take?
Our main objective is to
fix your vehicle quickly and provide quality service at the same
time. Vehicle repair time is dependant on the extent of the damage,
that is why we need to give you an estimate before we can assess the
time frame of how long the repairs would take.
2. Do you accept insurance work?
We do accept insurance
work from all providers.
3. Is there a fee for an estimate?
We offer free estimates.
Stop into B Street anytime during our normal hours, and we will be
pleased to provide you with an estimate in our drive-through
estimate bay.
4. Do you repair all types of vehicles?
We repair and paint all
types of cars / trucks / SUV's.
5. What type of payment do you
accept?
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, and cash for payment. We do
require full payment for repairs at the time of completion.
6. What kind of warranty do you
offer on your repairs?
We offer a lifetime of
warranty on all body repair and paint work for as long as you own
your car.
7. Will factory parts be used if
something needs to be replaced?
We use factory parts if
they are needed on your vehicle directly from the manufacturer.
However, if one goes through insurance claims, they will determine
the type of parts to be used, based on age and condition of the
vehicle. Also, if one is paying out of their pocket, we can offer
used parts from a recycle yard, or aftermarket parts which can
greatly reduce your parts prices.
8. Do you have night drop-off?
We do offer a night drop
7 days a week. Drop a note through our mail slot containing a key
and vehicle information along with copy of estimate. Of course we
will have provided the customer the estimate and received
authorization prior to drop off.
